towards the moon 

into the sky

I met a bird 

flying by… 

roaming happily 

in his ways

“Life is good”.

all that he says...

 

towards the forest 

very green

I met a tree

very lean… 

standing tall 

in his ways

“Stay strong” 

all that he says...

 

towards the water 

into the ocean

I met a fish 

in motion… 

swimming along 

in his ways

“Be happy”

all that he says!

जंगल

मैं जंगल हूँ

मेरी हरी भरी पनाह के नीचे

जीते हैं सुकून से

पंछी, पेड, पौधे, जानवर 

ये है मेरे अपने 

वे मानते है मुझे घर 

घर 

जो उनको देता है 

एक प्यारी सी जगह

जो है उनकी अपनी 

आझाद है वे यहां... 

किसी संग्रहालय से

कई बेहतर 

है उनकी जिंदगी 

वह स्वतंत्र है 

मैं उनकी स्वतंत्रता का 

सम्मान रखता हूं 

मैं जंगल हूं

सबको अपने मे समा लेता हूं!
